Time for a reply.
This inquiry has passed the sample 24-hour reply window. A follow-up flag brings it back into view.
Hi Ava, thanks for your inquiry. Could you share your preferred timeline and any details we should consider?
The owner reviews and sends the reply. Nothing sends automatically.
This sample is not connected to a live inbox. The local demo checked duplicate handling and reply flags; your source, tracker, schedule and failure notification are connected and tested for your agreed pilot. The reply text shown here is an illustrative fixed-template excerpt.

A few useful details
Before we start.
Will it work with my tools?
We check your specific inquiry source and tracker before agreeing to a pilot. The current demonstration is local and uses fictional records; it is not a pre-connected Gmail, website or Google Sheets product. If your tools or needs are not a fit, we decide that before payment.
Do replies send automatically?
No. The pilot includes a fixed reply template and a human review process. The source of reply status is agreed explicitly, so the tracker does not silently assume a reply has been sent.
Can I split the payment?
Yes. The pilot is $250 USD total, with two $125 payments available. The first is due after we agree on scope and compatibility, before work begins. The second is due after the agreed acceptance checks pass, before final handover. Payment and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.
Are there extra costs?
Any required subscriptions or hosting are identified before you commit and are paid through your own accounts. The $250 pilot covers the agreed setup. Additional sources, migrations, custom AI, automatic sending and ongoing management require separate scope.
What happens after handover?
You receive an operating guide and one handover session. Seven calendar days of fixes cover defects against the agreed scope, starting at handover. Ongoing monitoring, new features and future platform changes are not included. This is not a 24/7 managed service.
